I’m looking for one person to share my flat with me and my small dog in Lower West Pacific Heights in San Francisco. The flat has four rooms and is approximately 850-900 square feet. Shared bathroom and kitchen. The new renter will occupy the first two rooms. They are private, adjoining and unfurnished. I occupy the second two rooms. The rent is $1670.00 per month plus $30.00 for internet. We do not pay PG&E, it is included as a flat fee within the rent. The deposit is $1250.00. We have a yard and laundry on site, which is free to operate. We are two blocks from Target and Trader Joe’s on Geary and Masonic. Three blocks from UCSF Mt. Zion and a block and a half from Kaiser. Close to several bus lines, a straight shot to downtown, 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic etc.. close to Laurel Heights and Pacific Heights, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Street parking only.
Again, the rooms are unfurnished, but I’m including pictures of the room as it is furnished by the current occupant so that potential renters can get an idea of the space and what’s possible. Month to month lease.
Single occupant only. No couples. LGBTQ friendly. 420 friendly. Available December 10, 2025.
