Private room (100sqft) with north facing window on the ground floor. Rent includes access to all common areas, detailed below.

Shared common areas include: upstairs shared audio mixing-monitoring station + DJ performance area & home office/workshop area (~350sqft), plus a gallery/event/fully functional music recording live room space with tall ceilings (18') in the front of the building (~1000sqft) with lots of large windows with ample daylight, plus a private split downstairs bathroom and upstairs shower area, and finally a hospitality area: w/microwave, toaster oven, large nice new large + small refrigerator, coffee maker, purified water distiller, cold water dish wash sink, and ample storage areas.
The Location:
Unit is located at street level on the corner of the block with moderate foot traffic throughout the day. Next to a very popular craft coffee cafe, an amazing Korean BBQ spot, convenience store, and multiple vintage clothing & antique homeware stores that hold monthly and seasonal pop-up vendor events.
The Neighborhood:
Off-street/free parking and free street parking, safe, friendly, walkable/bikeable neighborhood, close to the tons of awesome international cuisine, local mom-and-pop shops, boutiques, and an assortment of live entertainment venues, bars, and theaters in the area. Definitely seeing a resurgence of local, community-oriented independent artists and creatives doing the dang thang out here (Keep Richmond Boring ;)
The Deal:
Term: Monthly
Price: $1000/month (+ security deposit equal to one months rent due at signing).
Quiet hours are 9pm-9am weekdays, and we can go later on weekends if we keep it copacetic w/ the neighbors.
