We have a large room in a beautiful 3 story 5 bedroom house in Bernal Heights available! We are a group of friendly creative individuals and have a colorful home full of murals and paintings. The room has a closet and nice window overlooking the backyard and the bay! The shared rooms include a large kitchen and nook, with 2 large pantrys, a big living room, 2 bathrooms with showers and bathtub, an outdoor patio, garden area, garage and laundry room. There are multiple bus lines that are nearby, including the 67, 23, 49, 14 and 23 bus routes. We are located right next to the 101 freeway and the Alemany farmers market. There are multiple very nice parks nearby including holly park and bernal hill. We are also a close walk from cortland avenue, which is full of great shops, including restuaraunts, grocery stores, a pet store, bars, coffee shops and library.
