We are one older male and one young female and a quiet old dog with an available room to rent in a large flat next to Golden Gate Park. There are two shared common spaces, kitchen, one bathroom and large backyard with a raised garden bed. We are both quiet and work a lot so out of the house. There's lots of natural light in the flat however the room window looks out to the lightwell so no view. It's a great situation. Lots of music gear for daytime, garden and a great neighborhood.
