A large room with a big window upstairs near the front of the house. An available closet is right outside the bedroom door. This room is next to the kitchen, so this is better for someone who isn’t super sensitive to outside noise, and ideally a heavy sleeper. It’s not crazy loud, but you can hear conversations and other kitchen activities, but we keep a ‘quiet zone’ after 10pm
The house has two stories, two bathrooms, living room, small kitchen (we still work it out with the 5 of us!), HUGE backyard, and large basement we use for storage
Key is we have a washer and dryer! Parking in the driveway is shared, and street parking is easy to find.
We are a pretty creative house!
Z is a singer/songwriter who is passionate about home decor and maintenance, woodworking, kids and childcare.
M is an avid movie lover and loves to socialize with the roomies, is an encyclopedia of random knowledge, and works in security and catering.
J is a visual artist who paints in our lovely living room, loves concerts, dance and yoga, and is also a crazy plant lady.
Ja works at Whole Foods, loves movies, and is very chill and laid back.
We are looking for someone who is easy going and good vibes.... Someone who is responsible and cleans up after themselves (does their dishes, etc), handles conflict and communication in a chill and mature way, and financially stable. Our landlord will perform a credit check and do a phone interview. We have an epic backyard, so an interest in gardening and upkeep of the backyard is a big plus!
