The room:
Large bedroom available in a 4br/2ba apartment in the heart of the Dogpatch. The room in approximately 175 sqft and currently holds a queen sized bed, desk, couch, and two dressers. The room gets great natural light and faces the rear of the building with a sliding glass door leading to a fire escape and the back yard. The bathroom is shared with two others. Utilities generally run about $60-80/month (electricity/gas and TV/internet - water/sewage/garbage included in the rent) but can vary a bit seasonally.
The apartment:
The unit has a nice kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, gas range/oven. The living/dining room has a dining table and chairs and a comfortable sofa. There's a 60" flat screen TV, Xfinity cable TV and Gig internet connection. The unit has hardwood floors throughout and central heat. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. We have cleaners come by about once a month and split the cost.
The neighborhood:
Located in the heart of the Dogpatch near Tennessee St and 22nd St. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the 22nd street Caltrain station, T Muni line, Piccino, Souvla, Coffee Shop, Just for You Cafe, Pier 70 Building 12 (Breadbelly, Standard Deviant, Bay Padel...), Neighbor Bakehouse, Wooly Pig, Dogpatch Boulders... Easy access to the UCSF Mission Bay campus, 280, the Chase Center and more...
The roommates:
Very easy-going and friendly working professionals. We're not big partiers but ok with having some friends over. We like keeping things reasonably clean but aren't pedantic about it.
