We’re looking for a third roommate to join our Victorian 3-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment in NOPA Oct 1 or after (move-in date is flexible). We enjoy each other’s company and are looking for a clean, considerate, responsible person to join our home. We are in our mid to late in 30s and enjoy hosting the occasional potluck, BBQ, and game night.
Our top floor flat features a sunny living room, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, backyard with lots of plants, storage in the basement, and in-unit washer and dryer. The common spaces are fully furnished and the apartment is rent-controlled.
THE ROOM:
The bedroom is 12.5 x 13 and has a big window, large closet, and high ceilings. Rent is $1825 plus utilities (internet and gas/electric). Security deposit is $2000. Move-in date is flexible.
A LITTLE ABOUT US:
J (she/her): Works in public education (in-person), enjoys rock climbing, Latin dancing, gardening, and jogging through golden gate park.
A (she/her): Works in tech (hybrid schedule), enjoys reading, cooking & baking, music, exploring SF’s food scene, and park days.
OUR IDEAL ROOMMATE:
We're looking for a friendly, employed, considerate, and clean individual in their mid to late 30s. Our lease is month-to-month, but we'd prefer a long-term roommate. No smoking. We don’t currently have pets, but we are open to someone with a dog.
