The room comes with a bed and nightstands and empty closet, perfect for someone who needs a furnished short term rental. A bathroom with shower is down the hall and used by just you.
The house has 4br total and is shared by three others, men in their 30/40s who are well established in the Bay, live creative lives, and have been friends for a long time.
House has two living rooms, two balconies overlooking Golden Gate Park and Ocean Beach, a huge kitchen, an infrared sauna, and the easiest street parking in SF. It’s a very nice house.
We are open to anyone who is community minded and is respectful of living in a nicely kept shared space.
