Traveling for a month out of the city and looking to sublet my room to someone who is looking for a temporary place or a landing spot in the city. This victorian house is on a residential street between Valencia and Mission, a 5-min walk from BART and close to plenty of restaurants, bars and small grocers in the vibrant Mission District

About the room and house:
- Fully furnished (bed, drawers, spacious closet, desk, chair and monitor for work from home)
- Fully equipped very spacious kitchen (room of its own) with nice pans and spices if you cook
- Large living room with a bed for guests
- In-unit washer and dryer (free)
- Shared with two friendly and respectful guys in their 20s
- We have 3 cats, which are very independent but playful if you engage with them

This is a great place, I have been living here for 5 years. Just looking for someone to take care of the space while I'm gone. The area is great, balancing quietness with closeness to everything and walkability
