I will be traveling and I am looking for the right person to fill my apartment during that time. I will return to San Francisco to begin working and utilizing the apartment April 1.
Fully furnished master bedroom in 2 br/1ba apartment available for 6-7 month Sublease with 1 Male roommate until April 1. This is a Victorian-era building with big sunny bay windows, wood floors, built-in shelves, wifi, aprox. 150 sqft for the room with a separate and ample closet space. Move-In-Ready with queen mattress, chair, desk space with optional monitor or flatscreen TV are all available for use or storage; perfect for Graduate students or someone new to SF who DOES NOT want to immediately furnish an entire apartment! It is a shared kitchen and bath. Sunny top-floor unit, but some street noise from traffic. There is full roof access with a 360 view of the city and right across from Dolores Park. It is near the J Train MUNI Stop and very close to 16th St. BART. All I ask is that you water the plants!!! Again, this is a Sublease, I will be leaving San Francisco to work on a project until next spring when I will return on April 1 to begin living in the apartment.
RENT = $1450/month during 6-7 sublease.
Me: I thoroughly enjoy the space. I will be taking a break from the city for 6 months with plans to return at the end of that time. The room is quality furnished and the view is to die for. I am looking for a person who is financially stable, considerate of others, and socially developed. Our home is not a party scene nor monastery. My roommate is looking for a friendly, conscientious housemate while I am away.
You: Male, clean, quiet, responsible, no pets, no drama. You have full-time employment (ideally off-site).
Roommate: Single, middle-aged male. Twenty-five year resident of SF. Quiet, respectful, low-key, college-educated. Works as a freelance videographer downtown SF 3-4 days a week. Interests: music, film, farmer's market, NPR/PBS, travel, bicycling, golf, outdoor activities.
