the room:
Our intention is to foster conscious creative energy in this peaceful space, but we are also open to good energy folx in general. The room is large in size, private, and sunny. The walls are currently two tone...yellow and eggplant color but can be canvas to your imagination. There are some optional furnishings by request too including a sturdy loft bed. tenants:
Creative, liberal, kind, ...a colorful mix of ethnicities in the this home. We're laid back, fun, can be goofy, and mature. Down for communal cooking or not is ok too. Inspirations include music, visual art, animation, film, photography, education, activism, event planning. The vibe is a good inspiration for the creative elements and respect of personal space as well. The age span here is 30-38 (1 lady and 3 fellas ;). We don't discriminate against age but a mature mind state is appreciated.
We also have a general good sense of friendly communication through group text about anything including grocery runs etc. :)
the scenario:
We're calling in a new member to our community to thrive. What we are looking for: This flat is the original "Pharm" managed by the Audiopharmacy cultural community artist collective. It has a history of being an inspirational artist hub for transformational creative projects. "The Pharm" has housed artists, activists, a radio show, teachers, culture bearers, event planners, and more. Since our main studio has transitioned to the east bay (BAMBU Pharm), we have manifested a crew of socially conscious creatives to continue to keep the torch lit in SF so we can keep both spaces flowing. It's a professional and collaborative creative space, not a party house. There is plenty of space for privacy and solo time, teaching lessons on zoom, etc. and there are also times where where we will play music. If you are not an artist, it's no problem either. A trustful kind heart goes a long way and will be considered. The space is available Nov 1st. Let us know if you're interested ...oh, and on-time rent paying is a good trait for sure.
