Hi there! We have a private bedroom for rent with a shared bathroom (with 1 person) in a 5BR, 3BA house in Lakeside.
The rent for the room is $1200
We are 4 queer folks looking for a fifth person to round out our home. Our house is a 3-minute drive from Stonestown and Lake Merced. Street parking is easy to find on our street and safe, though you will need to get a permit to park. 5 min walk to the M line muni. We have a lovely backyard and deck space. We are not open to people with pets.
Logistics (the boring stuff)
You’d be signing on the current lease, which ends March 31, and will have the option to renew for the next year.
We split utilities, which include water, electricity, and gas. Per person per month, it usually comes out to around $150, but it can be more in the winter (around $180) because of heater usage.
Communal items: We use Splitwise and share paper towels and TP, cleaning products like Swiffers, sprays, kitchen towels, etc. You are welcome to opt out of anything you don’t use!
We pick up after ourselves in the kitchen and like to tend to our common spaces by cleaning and organising, and appreciate when roommates are the same way.
