Looking for 1 Roomie with Great Energy!
Available August `1,| Outer Mission | Across from McLaren Park

We’re looking for ONE solid person with the right energy to join our home!

About the Neighborhood:
We’re located in the Outer Mission, directly across from McLaren Park—SF’s third largest park. The park has it all: tennis and basketball courts, a golf course, an amphitheater (think movie nights, concerts, and performance art), mountain bike trails, a nice-sized lake, and tons of nature.
Three different buses to BART or Muni are all within a 7-minute ride and just a block away (one is right across the street).
This is a working-class community with a good mix of techies and artists. It’s a super safe area—though like most of the city, we’ve seen a few car break-ins. That said, there’s always street parking right in front of the house, and we’ve had zero break-ins ourselves.

About the Household: one male and one female
The room is opening up in August 1-3, 2025—my current roommate is moving back to Ireland.
A little about us: I work in the hospitality industry. I sleep here but I LIVE in the city. Most of my friends are artists, and I tend to be out and about a lot. I’m an ambivert—definitely social but also enjoy my quiet moments. The other roomie she also works professionally, and full of life.
We’ve got a nice vibe here. Sometimes we cook dinner together on the weekend (I’m a chef!) and have the occasional garden party or BBQ. One of my other roommates is an intern from Ireland here on a work visa until August.
There are no strict rules here—just one golden one: Respect. Respect the space, the people, and the energy. We do have shared cleaning guidelines that keep things flowing.
We’ve built a home that’s welcoming, open, and supportive. We’re all about community—not just coexisting. So if you’re someone who likes to hide in their room and avoid others, this probably isn’t the right space for you.
If you don’t like to contribute to simple house chores this wouldn't be a good fit either. We’re proudly inclusive, and we do not discrimin-hate. Period.

You:
You’ve got stable work, a mature mindset, and good vibes. You're easygoing, open-minded, and communicate well. You don’t bring negative drama but you do bring good energy. Most importantly, you’re someone who enjoys life and knows how to live with others respectfully.

The House:
Two-story home with great shared space and lots of outdoor areas.

Top Floor: Two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, and kitchen

Bottom Floor: Den, full bathroom, laundry room, my bedroom

Outdoor: Three patios, BBQ setups, a lush Zen garden—basically a tropical paradise

Best way to reach me? Text me at show contact info

Can’t wait to meet the next member of our little community!
