This arrangement helps us maintain a clean and tidy house, which we take great pride in! You'll be sharing common spaces with two other friendly tenants who enjoy a peaceful, clean, and harmonious living environment.

Very convenient location, near Silver and San Bruno Ave. Only 1 block from a Grocery Outlet, laundry mat and drycleaner, 3 blocks from a Walgreens and a stretch of shops and restaurants, banks, etc. There are many bus lines nearby – Numbers 8, 8X, 8AX, 9, 29 and 44. Downtown in just 15 minutes on the 8AX.
This is a smoke free residence, so no smokers please. It is also a quiet home, so partying and overnight guests would not be acceptable. We live in the in-law unit downstairs, and have a small dog, so sorry, no pets.
Move-In Requirement: 6 months lease (Shorter terms negotiable)
Initial payment: first + last month’s rent, one-month utilities plus security deposit or $3400.
Utilities are $100 per month ($130 if work from home)
