Room to rent. Private entrance to Apartment. Two floors, and eat in kitchen, living room and a large deck. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs under the roof and they are small but charming. A little shared bathroom but you have a view of downtown from your bedroom.
The apartment was built in the very early 1900s and has historic charm. We are on a hill in the upper Castro. It's very quiet, available for a 1 year lease and then month to month.
About me: I'm retired. I used to be a working professional at UCSF. I enjoy having a peaceful home. I often use my apartment as a place to recharge. I have lived in San Francisco for over 30 years. I am gay and looking for a gay friendly roommate.
