The apartment building is located in a quiet, safe, and clean neighborhood up the hill from Castro with great views of the city and a 10 minute walk to nearby transit.

Your new bedroom is a spacious 14 1/2’ x 11' with a large closet. The room is furnished with a bed frame with storage drawers, a mattress, nightstand, and a chair but these can be removed if you prefer an unfurnished space.

The full bathroom is shared for the shower only but otherwise would be yours to use exclusively.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, glasses, pots and pans, cooking supplies, and appliances for you to use and prepare meals.

Secure storage space and plenty of free no permit street parking is available.

High speed internet, electricity, and monthly house cleaning are not included in the rent but average about $150 per month.

No pets are allowed and the building is a non smoking facility. There are regular SF apartment rules with quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

I am a low key, chill, easy going, Monday through Friday 9-5 working professional gay male in my early 50’s and am looking to share my home with someone who is respectful, responsible, pays rent on time each month without being asked, and is a neat, clean, and tidy person.
