About the House:
We are located a block from the Panhandle and a 10 minute walk to the beginning of Golden Gate Park, a few blocks from Haight Street, 2 blocks from Lucky Grocery Store, close to University of San Francisco (0.3 mi), Trader Joe’s and Target (0.7 mi), and several coffee shops / corner stores within a 5 minute walk (sushi cafe across the street)
Easy access to the Financial District / Downtown and to other parts of the city with Muni Bus Routes 5, 6, and 43. There are also Bikes and Scooters typically close to the house.
Utilities/ Amenities typically run between $100-$125 a month. This includes PG&E, Cable/Internet, bi-weekly cleaning of common areas, other amenities (house supplies -toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, etc)

23 (USF Senior - Marketing and Finance Major) Lived at the house for almost 2 years. Enjoys going to the gym, being outdoors and playing video games.
Female:
22 (works in consulting/theater) - recently joined our house!! Just graduated from Stanford
22 (works downtown in retail) - lived at house about two years. Enjoys soccer.
26(works in accounting) -lived at the house 2 months.
