I have two wonderful, bright, quiet rooms in the Richmond district that will become available January 16th and January 21st. We have hardwood floors, radiant heat and tile bathrooms (no linoleum)
The main floor smaller room has a full/queen bed, with a bureau and desk and a good sized closet. The room opens unto a deck that gets sun mid day onward and leads to the garden area You would share one and one half baths with two people.
The other larger room upstairs also has a gllod sized closet, shares a bathroom with a shower with one person and has use of the living/dining room, kitchen with gas stove and all appliances.
There is a washer/dryer in the garage, as well as room for bikes and more. Lots of street parking if you have a car.
The home is VERY quiet with respectful roommates who work during the day.
