It’s a bright, airy 6th floor corner apartment (~850 sqft!) which means it gets amazing natural light, especially in the living room (NW-facing windows so you can watch the sunset). I have a sweet 8 yr old cat named Sona who loves treats and cuddles.
Rent is $2000/month + utilities. Location is great and super walkable/bikeable - we’re 2 blocks from the park, and 5 min walk to Lower Haight, Hayes Valley, Japantown + 15 min to Duboce and Pac Heights. We’re close to lots of Muni lines too (I use the 22 and 5 lines v often).
I’m a late 20’s girl, working in tech and love the outdoors, music, and anything in between. I like climbing, skiing, running, and trying to get into gravel biking! I explore the city a lot - live music, picnics at Dolo/GGP, nightlife. I’m looking for a clean, preferably vegetarian/vegan female roommate who’s down to share a meal sometime or do movie/wine nights!
The apartment has a dishwasher, I’ve installed a bike rack, and the building has onsite W/D and parking available.
