The rest of the house is an old Victorian with lots of common space for cooking, watching movies, or finding a reading nook. There is a couch that fits at least 10 people, a formal dining room, a half bath on the first floor for visitors, a breakfast room, and laundry in the basement.
Fantastic location two blocks from bars, restaurants, and plenty to do on Divisadero. Close to parks for running, biking, and getting sunshine, three grocery stores within walking distance, and Bob's Donuts close by for your sugar rush needs.
