My name is JC and I’m looking for someone to join me on the lease for this mission location Id like to continue staying at. I have been here for more than a year and my current housemate is heading off to New York.
On the spot:
-2 bedroom flat (correct I’m you’re only housemate ☺️)
-1 bathroom
-big living room
-Gorgeous kitchen
-Coin operated washer/dryer just downstairs for the units
-walking distance to SOMA/Mission/Castro
Base rent: $3300 total
My Rent: $1750
Your move in cost: $1550+ $1550 security deposit
PGE: Ranges from $60-$180 total depending on the season.
Water: Included in rent
Trash: Included in rent
Internet: 110 total every 3 months (Monkey Brains)

About me:
-I’m 31 year old Taurus Latiné working in the music scene (venue production management and stage management)
-Señora gay but also into bodybuilding and lifting. Yes I love to cook AND clean 😁
-free time is mostly spent with my bestie and my partner, video gaming, or supporting my friends in the queer underground rave scene here in the city.
-I WFH Mondays and in the mornings till noon the rest of the week. Sometimes it changes.
-I wouldn’t say I’m a clean freak but I would say I like a kept space 🙂↕️
