Hello! I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my room. Looking for a housemate in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom in Inner Richmond! Looking for quiet, respectful and friendly housemates to share the space with with move-in available immediately. The rest of the lease is until the end of July.
This home is on the second floor and includes:

- Living Room
- All bedrooms have a closet
- Close walking distance to great eats such as Breadbelly, Clement Street, and green spaces: Park Presidio, Golden Gate Park, etc.
- Safe gated package delivery
- Street parking generally available
- Muni bus lines 38/38R, 1, and 28 are accessible
- Safe neighborhood; fair mix of families and older residents in the area

This is a 6 month lease with month to month afterwards. First month rent and a $1250 deposit will be asked initially.
