The flat is fancily furnished, and the bedroom + extra room is available partially furnished with a full size bed, vanity, armoire, chair. There is other furniture available or you can opt out on the furniture in the bedroom. There is a big beautiful window in the bedroom facing the private shared backyard so it is nice and quiet. The additional small connected room is included for a private office or guest room and has a large closet.
Month-to-Month rent with $3,000 deposit required. Rent is $2,250 / month plus utilities (internet and PGE). There is no laundry in the unit and there is no parking offered. W/d hookups available if want to supply. Street parking only. **Single occupancy only.** Small dogs and cats are welcome with additional deposit and pet agreement. Available around February 16th, month-to-month with flexible move-in date.
