We have a furnished, sunny, good-sized street facing room with views and beautiful wood work available December 1st for a month to month sublease.
The room has a clean, firm king sized bed and clean supportive couch. We're in a top floor flat, centrally located near Buena Vista Park and Haight Ashbury.
Our kitchen is small so cooking is a challenge but there are many great places along Haight Street to get delicious food. There are two clean bathrooms for your use.
Our space is a quiet, peaceful environment. There is a non-smoking policy on the premises. There is early morning street noise 3 days a week from street leaning, etc.
We do have cats, and we keep the cat station in the back clean and odor free.
