Rent for the room is $1,300/month, not including utilities. Utilities are about $150/month, including high speed internet. Laundry on site, and parking available either in a dedicate covered parking spot a short walk from the unit, or almost always available on the street right outside.
Seeking a reasonable, respectful, and respectable housemate to join the lease. The lease runs from Jan-Jan and you would be joining a it as an equal member at the start of a new term.
This room is on the eastern side of the unit, an looks out over the street, which is generally pretty quiet and has lots of greenery.
The unit is pet friendly, however there is an additional $50/month pet rent, per pet, and a $500 pet deposit as well.
The apartment is a part of the Presidio Residences, which does have an application process before you would be able to join. The application process includes a background check, credit check, and requirement of proof of income.
I also have another room available - 120sqft1, $1100/month not including utilities (with an Ocean View!) - available in the same unit.
