We're lucky to have a cute front yard (yes! a front yard in SF) and space in the back where you can park bikes.
It's conveniently located between Mission & Noe Valley with easy access to both neighborhoods for the best of both worlds.
Super easy access to public transit: 6 min walk to the J, 10 min walk to 14, and 13 min walk to 24th St. BART station,
We have Whole Foods, Safeway, and Grocery Outlet within walking distance - with a well-stocked corner store on our block.
Street parking is easy, and there are many private and tech bus routes nearby.
Utilities (water, internet, trash, PG&E) split evenly.
About us:
You'd be living with C, A , A and A - we're all very friendly and easygoing young professionals (late 20s - early 30s). We're 2 male & 2 female roommates, looking for a respectful & neat fifth roommate.
C - Male. Works in construction management - in-person 5 days a week. In his free time he likes to disc golf, ski, attempt to play golf, and enjoys pretty much anything outdoors with friends. Also loves a good costume party
A - Female. Works in corporate philanthropy. Bay Area native who loves to ski, backpack, and dive. Always looking for recipes and book recommendations. Hybrid work schedule.
A - Female. Post-doc from Germany. Likes being outdoors, hiking, dancing and exploring the Bay Area. Hybrid work schedule.
A - Male. Works for an aerospace company. Likes soccer, tennis and fitness. Hybrid work schedule.
