The building is non-smoking. The available BR is freshly painted with large bay windows, front bedroom facing east and the street. There is no closet, but has double glass doors from hall and faux fireplace. 12'2" x 13'10.
Galley kitchen with new stove and recently replaced microwave and refrigerator w/ice maker. ice-maker. On-site laundry is downstairs. Wash is $2 & dry is $1.25. The common areas include the den/living room, dining room & deck. There is only 1 bathroom, so if you are a bathroom hog, not a good fit. The building is non-smoking. No dogs. (please don't ask) There is 1 cat.
Utilities are NOT included. They are Sonic for CleanPowerSF (PG&E) SF Water and Recology/Sunset Scavenger. We currently have our own internet, but am open to split costs.
You should be employed or have a stable (legal) income and provide credit report. No drama or drugs- EVER! We aren't taking anyone with issues- passive/aggressive or behavioral issues. No slobs- you must clean up after yourself and are responsible for your guests in our home. Extra points to left-leaning individuals.
Move-in is 1st month $950 & $500 deposit. Rent is due on the 1st of the month, not after. There is no
"grace" period on rent payment. I am the master tenant and you will not be on the lease (per owner).
