This southeast-facing room gets plenty of natural morning sunshine. The room is on the lower level and has a window to the back yard. Additionally, the room includes a huge closet. The room shares a full bathroom with two other housemates.
The House:
The house is a large two-story home in the cute neighborhood of Bernal Heights. There are three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs, with a shared full bath and living room on each floor. Skylights in the kitchen, upstairs bathroom, and hallway are perfect for lovers of natural light. Ample kitchen counter space and a gas range are great for cooking, with a dishwasher and a second full-size refrigerator in the garage should you need extra space. The garage also contains a washer and dryer and is perfect for storing bicycles, camping gear, odds, ends, etc. We have very easy access to the 14/49 bus lines right outside the house as well as a short (10 minute) walk to Glen Park BART. We're also within walking distance from stores and restaurants on Cortland as well as the main Glen Park area on Diamon and Bosworth. Short walk to Glen Park, Holly Park, and Bernal Heights park.
Your roommates are five young adults [average age late twenties - early thirties] with various professional backgrounds. Even though this sounds like a lot of people it is usually very quiet and peaceful! All who live here are social but respectful of personal space and we seek the same in a prospective roommate. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
Rent is $865 per month with a $1000 deposit. Utilities are split equally [gas/electric, water, garbage collection, WiFi]. Roommates are clean and conscientious in common spaces and are looking for someone who is the same.
