We live in a bright, spacious three-bedroom, one-bathroom Edwardian apartment in a great location. We’re just one block from the Panhandle (you can see it from our living room!) and a short walk to either Divisadero or the Haight-Ashbury neighborhoods. The 5, 7, 21, and 43 bus lines are all a short distance away. The neighborhood is super walkable and has tons of grocery stores, bars, coffee shops, and corner stores.
Household amenities include a large kitchen, comfortable living room, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, basement storage, backyard, and a split bathroom that we share. It’s a non-smoking home and, unfortunately, we cannot have pets.
We’re seeking someone in their late-20s to 30s who is friendly and respectful of shared spaces. Open communication and an easygoing attitude are very important to us. We make an effort to have a relaxed and welcoming home environment for everyone. We enjoy socializing together but we’re also busy with our separate lives. Often we’ll hang at home while making dinner after a day out or watch a movie together on the couch. We try to strike a balance between friendship and doing our own thing. Ideally you’re someone who is looking for a longer term housing situation, at least a year. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
