The Room
We're renting out an spacious primary bedroom with a private full bathroom (bathtub!), two full closets, beautiful morning light, and hardwood floors. It is located in the back of the apartment, away from common areas, and overlooks the backyard — a quiet, peaceful space. The room is unfurnished and can comfortably fit a king-size bed, desk, nightstands, dressers, and more
The Apartment & Parking
The apartment is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with hardwood floors throughout. We have a large furnished living room, dining room, and full kitchen. We'll be glad to make space for anything you'd like to bring along. We have happy plants and ocean views from the living room, with stunning winter sunsets when the sky is clear
Parking is shared communally and rotated monthly. We have:
-One indoor garage space
-One residential street parking permit
-A spacious nearby lot for off-month parking and guests

About Us
You'll be living with two housemates, Ivan and Caroline, who are partners sharing two bedrooms
Ivan (33):
Works both from home and out of the house. Good-natured with a sense of humor. Loves surfing (Pacifica, Bolinas, and right across the street when conditions are mellow), playing guitar, and drinking lots of tea
Caroline (40):
Curious, reflective, and an avid learner. Loves walking the city, beach, and parks, and values a warm, comfortable home environment. Home often, and enjoys hosting friends and family on occasion. Sensitive to fragrance, so preference for a person who feels good using natural products (unscented detergents, essential oils, beeswax candles, sage, etc.)
We're busy in our own lives, but enjoy shared hangs and value a sense of community at home. We are LGBTQIA-friendly and have no gender preference
About You
Our ideal housemate is a relaxed person who values a clean, calm, and friendly living environment. We'd love a communicative, conscientious person who is proactive about caring for shared spaces and comfortable addressing needs kindly and directly
The Neighborhood
We're located on the Great Highway, directly across from Ocean Beach, next to Sutro Heights, Lands End, and one block from Golden Gate Park. The area is absolutely gorgeous, with endless walking trails and coastal views
We're within walking distance of:
-Safeway
-A 24-hour gym
-Andytown and Butterfly Joint coffee shops
-A non-alcoholic bar/cafe
The 5 bus stops right outside the apartment and runs all the way to the Ferry Building. The N-Judah is a 10–15 minute walk (or an easy bike ride). Parking is generally easy for residents, with plenty of free street parking for guests
The neighborhood is active during the day and peaceful at night — the perfect balance
