Seeking Lawyer for Help with Rat Infestation in Apartment (glen park)

I am currently dealing with a severe rat infestation in my apartment in San Rafael, Ca. Despite notifying my landlord multiple times, housing case mgr whole person care and Marin housing case mgr the problem has not been addressed, and it is affecting my health and safety. Im living in my unit without power, working fridge. All appliances are not working, rats everywhere. This isn't right! And I'm only stating a little bit..I can't spend another night with these rodents . Im losing my mind fast..Starting to feel there's no help for me. These rats have ruined my life..Also I came "home" the other day to absolutely nothing in my apartment.. nothing! My daughter's ashes have been stolen everything is gone and I guess that's the way that they remedy the situation yet they have not even addressed any of the holes any of the rats no traps no nothing so now I have nothing left in my life except for the clothes on my back and my puppy. They're trying to blame it on me. Please help me get my life back. I also live right above a popular restaurant here in San Rafael.
