Ambiance San Francisco is looking for Assistant Store Managers and Keyholders.
Ambiance is different kind of retail, we have 4 stores in San Francisco and are not corporate. You know the owners and talk with them almost every day you work. We want self starters who have the drive and creativity to bring in the sales no matter what.
Your contribution and ideas are highly encouraged at Ambiance. We expect you to improve us.
We are about helping other women look their best. Our four stores can be busy so there is often little down time. We need you to be a fast mover and thinker able to deal with all the situations that arise every day in retail. We will train you in our management style but expect you to be involved in running their business and driving business with the store team and unless they need help are left alone to do their job in their own unique way. That is the Ambiance culture.

We are looking for persons who have some or all the following qualification:
-Retail Women's management of at least 2 years
-Sharp stylish person with an excellent knowledge of style and current fashion
-Proven record in hiring, training and maintaining a sales team
-Great clear concise communication
-Super selling ability
-Proven record of making the store goals, daily and monthly
-Fun person to work with and for
