I am looking for a resident manager position. I’m planning to relocate back to San Francisco soon, as my current lease is ending and I’m excited about the opportunity to live and in the city again.
A little about me: I’m in my 40s, responsible, dependable, and take great pride in being honest, communicative, and solution oriented. I don’t smoke or use drugs, and I have two well-behaved cats — so a unit with a patio or small outdoor area would be ideal, if available.
Professionally, I work full-time Monday through Thursday at a hospital, where I help prepare patients for their surgeries and procedures. My role includes reviewing medications, entering orders, calling patients, and coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and their teams. I’ve developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in this position, which I believe would translate very well to managing a residential property. If I can help manage surgeries and patient logistics, I’m confident in my ability to handle the responsibilities of a resident manager.
I would love the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of your property and help foster a positive, respectful living environment for residents. I'm happy to provide my resume and references upon request.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to the possibility of speaking with you further.
Warm regards,
Kimberly
