With more than 20 years of executive leadership in real estate development and construction, I bring a
rare combination of field-level expertise and capital-operator discipline to complex, high-stakes projects. I
am writing to express my strong interest in an executive or Vice President role, where I can drive
development strategy, protect investor outcomes, and lead high-performing teams across the full project
lifecycle.
Throughout my career I have operated at the intersection of ownership, capital deployment, and
construction execution. As Founder and Principal of Rise Building, I built and led a residential development
firm delivering production housing, mixed-use assets, and planned communities from entitlement through
disposition. My ability to source distressed assets during the 2008–2011 market contraction —
underwriting, repositioning, and reselling at disciplined margins — reflects the strategic agility and risk
awareness that define effective executive leadership.
Most recently, as Vice President of Operations and Superintendent for the Register Square mixed-use
podium project in downtown Napa (Vesta Pacific), I served as the direct representative of developer and
ownership interests — managing contractor performance, budget integrity, inspections, and delivery
strategy across a 35-home development. In my current consulting role at STAX, LLC, I advise private
developers and joint-venture partners on infrastructure strategy, feasibility, capital planning, and
construction monitoring across domestic and international markets.
I am a proven executive who translates development intent into disciplined execution. I understand
how to align stakeholders, manage consultants and contractors with accountability, and protect return on
capital without sacrificing schedule certainty. My background in underwriting, feasibility analysis, joint
venture structuring, and full-cycle asset delivery positions me to add immediate and sustained value at the
leadership level.
