8 years supporting executives and running operations across a few different industries — legal, energy, manufacturing, product. I've done executive support, operations, and project management — usually some combination of all three at once.
I'm good at coming into a role and figuring out what actually needs to happen — not just what's in the job description. If there's no system, I build one. If there's a broken one, I fix it. I've designed KPIs that grew referrals, renegotiated supplier contracts to cut costs, built a company's Shopify site from scratch (saved them $25K), and managed timelines for product lines used by the DoD and NIH. I've also managed calendars and priorities for C-suite — the kind of role where trust matters more than anything.
Some tools I use regularly: Salesforce, Google Workspace (including Admin), Asana, Notion, Slack, DocuSign, Concur. I pick things up fast if it's not on that list.
