Motivated UC Berkeley student seeking an IT apprenticeship or junior IT support role.
While I do not yet have formal industry experience, I bring strong academic foundations in computer systems and Linux administration, along with a research-driven and methodical approach to problem solving. I am especially interested in hands-on environments where I can assist with day-to-day IT tasks while learning under mentorship.
Background includes coursework in Linux system administration, systems and network administration, and computer science, as well as extensive experience with documentation and technical research. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
Open to part-time, apprenticeship, or trainee roles. Remote opportunities preferred until mid-January, with availability for in-person roles in Berkeley / SF starting January.
