I bring a supportive chief of staff approach with room to grow into leadership. I show up with a proactive, long-term mindset, full of ideas and strategy, and then actually run them through to execution.
I care about a lot and this is nowhere near all of it: marketing, startups, healthcare, research, mental health, science, tech, helping people, and spotting trends early.
A few things I've actually pulled off:
• Landed major press coverage for a tech startup (I ran the marketing, PR and outreach push myself from a dorm room)
• Worked directly with founders at a startup that got into an international accelerator
• Wore every hat across marketing/PR, operations, and founder support
• Creative, resourceful execution even on low to no budget
• Comfortable working remotely and across time zones (happy to support or take the lead like I did driving a startup's international expansion)
