Hello,
I have an investment property for sale that is an easy fix and flip or fix and hold. The property is in the highly desired Owen Park neighborhood which is seeing a ton of investors coming in remodeling and flipping.
2022 and early 2023 I finished the outside, which consists of a new roof, new gutters, new back deck, new siding and paint.
Inside I've put in all new electric, central heat and air, all new plumbing, and replaced all rotten wood floor joist, rafters and moved some walls to open the interior up.
Downstairs in the walk-in basement is a laundry room and a large open room for a Gameroom or another bedroom.
I can send current comps for review showing with another 40-50k to finish inside there is 50k+ made.
You're probably asking why you are selling if this is such a great deal. Out of all the houses I've fixed and held this is my money pit that we've all ran into at one point in time and have just lost interest in finishing. There also is another opportunity that has come up so if I can get out for what I have in it I'd walk away.
This is not a desperate in a bind sale so no low-ball offers. There's plenty of room to make a great return at my asking price.

Should sell for in the low to mid 300's
