Emyvale Village will begin offering these 4 bedroom, two bath, "Wonderful Structures Bio-Homes" in the Summer of 2026.
There will be eight homes maximum, intended for families seeking an affordable refuge.
These homes will be under 300K, and sold on a lease-option basis, with a reasonable down payment, and easy terms of around 2,000 per month.
Emyvale is within easy commuting distance of Spokane, or Moses Lake.
There is a fine, uncrowded trout lake five minutes drive, and deer hunting ground as near.
Access is excellent year round, as we are on paved county road.
Our local town has excellent schools,(bus stops at driveway), hospital, and grocer, and just a 15 minute drive.
All homes have good soil, and are on sunny southwest facing, half acre parcels, with 10 KW of solar power for each home. All water systems are recycled, and indoor growing beds for vegetable production are included.
Abundant sunshine and relatively mild winters make for a very comfortable community.
There will only be eight homes in total, with two coming available in June 2026.
If interested we are accepting applications now. There is no cost, simply a waiting list, and we will take each in order for these limited production homes.
