We're looking for a sharp, organized operator to manage residential projects, property operations, and household logistics for a private principal. This is a hands-on role requiring strong follow-through, good judgment, and comfort juggling multiple priorities.
Project & Vendor Coordination:
- Manage residential construction and renovation projects end-to-end
- Coordinate contractors, architects, designers, and vendors; track timelines and deliverables
- Gather bids, evaluate vendors, and support inspections and punch lists
Property Operations:
- Oversee maintenance and improvements across multiple residential properties
- Coordinate repairs, installations, and service visits; maintain documentation
Household Support:
- Manage household staff schedules (cleaners, chefs, service providers)
- Handle errands, supplies, mail, packages, and general home readiness
- Coordinate vehicle needs and basic property upkeep
Admin & Finance:
- Review invoices, track expenses, and coordinate payments
- Maintain organized vendor and project records
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-directed, and experienced in coordinating vendors or construction/property operations. Must be comfortable shifting between project management and hands-on tasks as needed.
