We're growing—and we’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Leasing Agent who wants to grow with us!

What You’ll Do

• Respond to leasing inquiries quickly and professionally
• Coordinate and conduct property tours with prospective tenants
• Promote and market available rentals on Zillow, Craigslist, social media, and other platforms
• Screen applicants and verify rental documentation
• Assist with move-ins and move-outs, property readiness, and occasional inspections
• Liaise with the property management and maintenance teams for turnover coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales or leasing success in residential rentals (San Francisco experience preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with digital tools: CRM systems, leasing platforms, mobile apps
• Availability to conduct showings on evenings and weekends, when needed
• Real Estate License
• A self-starter with a client-first attitude and deep respect for fair housing practices
