Small property manager looking for help in various tasks including:
** Helping with open houses on weekends and other hours
** Responding to tenant maintenance issues
** Scheduling contractors and granting access
** Inspecting properties as needed

You must be a customer service oriented and a go-getter to get things done.

We anticipate flexible hours that must include few weekend hours and a total of around 20-25 hours per MONTH.
