Targa top this this is for a 1997 honda civic this top is in good condition. A targa top is a type of car roof that features a removable panel over the front seats and a fixed roll bar behind the seats, often with a fixed rear window. This design allows for open-air driving while maintaining some of the structural rigidity of a coupe. only damaged part is in the interior top where someone tried to poke 2 holes in the top. But it's only through the vinyl.
