One or both rooms are currently available all day Sundays, Mondays, and Thursdays, as well as Fridays and Saturdays after 2pm. Do you do Rolfing, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, ART, etc? This would be a wonderful space to build your practice. I'm also open to renting one or both rooms to another acupuncturist.
The rooms are both furnished with a massage table with warming pad, seating area, console table, and heat lamp. There is an air filter, white noise machine, and Sonos speaker in each room. There is also a large storage area off the kitchen for your supplies. Message me if you'd like to see a video of the space!
Rent includes utilities, monthly janitorial, common space bathroom and kitchenette, and internet.
Rent does not include linens or laundry service.
$325 per day per month (e.g. renting the room every Sunday in April would be $325 total). Asking for first month plus a deposit equal to one month's rent.
