I signed a six-month lease on a small office (about 100 sq ft) in a large building with lots of other workspaces. I have 3 months left on the lease, and honestly, I can’t justify keeping the space entirely to myself since I’m only there one or two days a week. Sharing it or completely giving it to someone makes more sense.
Rent is $450/month for the whole place
Or, if you want to share $225/mont. We’d agree on set days each week so we’re never overlapping. You’d have 3–4 dedicated days, and you’ll get extra days whenever I’m not using the office.
If sharing:: The space is fully furnished:

• widescreen monitor
• mini-fridge
• tea kettle
• small stove
• AC unit
• Monkey brain wifi
• Sono speaker
• Small sink
If your own place: ill empty out all my things, but there is Internet already prepaid till end of March.
The lease runs through March, so this is a short-term, flexible setup. Clean, respectful use of the space is all I ask.
