- Lobby, used by us as a minimally decorated gallery space for our Model Art

TERMS
- Month-to-month. 90-day written notice. Early termination option available, subject to a fee.
- First month, last month, and security deposit required.
- Rent: $3,500/month
- Utilities & expenses: Starting at $1,000/month; adjusted based on usage (higher for heavy electrical use)
- Total: $4,500/month
Includes electricity, high-speed internet, weekly cleaning of offices and common areas, water, sewer, garbage service, bottled water, and alarm monitoring.
