Hi SF based therapists, I have two rooms available in a quiet, well-maintained building in the heart of Hayes Valley. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed working out of this office for over ten years and I’m excited to welcome new people to share this lovely space with.
The common space includes a waiting area, kitchen with fridge, microwave and toaster oven. The first office is 10' by 13' and is available for rent Mondays ($250), Tuesdays ($250) Thursdays ($250), Fridays ($200) and weekends($200/negotiable).
The second office is 10'by10' and doesn't have a window but does have HVAC/ventilation. Full time $650. Utilities and internet included in price for both offices. The office is just one block from the new Trader Joe’s and many great restaurants. The building has parking for rent for an extra cost. Happy to answer any further questions you may have.
