For 19 years, DWLC Wellness Center has helped thousands of clients with chiropractic care, massage therapy, and other modalities like acupuncture, nutrition, hypnotherapy, and workshops. We have a beautiful room for rent, ranging from 1 to 2.5 days per week. The room is available SUNDAY and MONDAY all day, TUESDAY AM until 12 noon, and WEDNESDAY AM until 1:00 pm. The monthly rent for one day per week is $335. If you rent the room for more than a day, we’ll offer a slight discount.
LOCATION: Vibrant Inner Sunset, at the border of the commercial zone & residential neighborhood. Good parking and access to public transportation (N Judah, bus lines 6, 43 & 44).
ABOUT THE ROOM: This peaceful healing room has a hydraulic massage table, stool, comfy armchair, shelves for storage, beautiful art, a sink, and window with natural light. Size is about 140 square feet. The room is available Sundays and Mondays all day, Tuesday mornings until noon, and Wednesdays until 1 pm. There is also a workshop room in the front that can be rented separately, if you like to host group sessions.
THE OPPORTUNITY: This is a wonderful place for growing your practice! This bodywork/healing room is ideal for acupuncture, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, nutrition, life coaching, or a healing modality that complements our services. Due to current zoning guidelines, massage therapists must work with us as employees, so we *cannot* rent the room for massage purposes.
