With 2 floors of co-working, office, and event space, our historic building is close to all the action. We're bike friendly, have car parking on site for that quick drive from GG & Bay bridges. Tons of public transport, ferry, etc. BART just 15min walk, and new MUNI underground train station a few blocks away (chinatown) for an easy connection to CalTrain.
Our relaxed environment is almost 9400sq ft, consisting mainly of PRIVATE OFFICES (optionally furnished for no extra cost), with entrances at 506 Broadway and Kearny Street. Large open common space, where you could easily host a small gathering (daily normal use is included, just ask for event pricing). We have 2 kitchens, 2 lounge areas, 2 phone booths. Central HVAC, security cameras, and gigabit enterprise internet provided! Event space to host meet ups and other parties up to 60 guests (additional cost). FREE conference room for 8-12 people with excellent views of the skyline and the bay.
EXERCISE at local gyms, or at a dozen parks in every direction, 6 blocks to embarcadero waterfront, 5 blocks (steep!) hike to Coit Tower for mind clearing panorama. Ask me about all our hidden gems.
We're at the intersection of North Beach, Jackson Square, Chinatown, FiDi, Russian Hill! Our neighborhood has the most concentrated & diverse RESTAURANT SCENE in SF. Even just within 2-block radius here in the Barbary Coast, we have the new Osmanthus Dim Sum Lounge, Indian, Soul Food, Sushi, Mexican, & Italian cuisine... plus burgers & tons of pizza! Monthly art event (1st Fridays), retail shops, live music, dance clubs, comedy, karaoke, sports bars, cafes, ice cream, late night food... all nearby.
