NEXT Village San Francisco is seeking a part-time experienced Office Administrator to manage and oversee the daily operations of our busy office. The primary functions of this position are a blend of roles and requires the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands on short notice. Candidates who apply should demonstrate a positive, outgoing attitude, and a commitment to service excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Be the face of the organization; Staff office; greet guests, share information about organization
o Encourage membership and volunteer growth
o Support the organization with various technology platforms (Mon Ami CRM, Mailer Lite, Google, etc) various administrative tasks, such as weekly news update, membership applications, and more.
o Help plan and support events
o Follow up and onboard new members
o Collect and distribute mail, record checks.
o Manage the look and feel of the office, keeping it clean and orderly.
Requirements and Skills
o Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree
o Minimum 2 years of administrative experience requiring interaction with the public
o Word, Google Doc, CRM experience and ability to learn new technology
o Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
o Social personality with a genuine desire to connect & collaborate with others
o Ability to stay focused, efficient and effective while experiencing interruptions
This is a part-time 25 hr. per week position in North Beach, San Francisco.
